We had a great time with the Youtzy's. The place was jam-packed, the wind was whipping, and there was a threat of rain but we tucked into the trees and just enjoyed a day at the park. The kids followed me over every boulder while Kari did her best to balance the light without falling in. It's been a little touch and go for her over the past couple of weeks. She came down with vertigo out of the blue, and in the snap of a finger, she went from being balanced and go-go-go to head-spinning dizzy. Everything came to a nauseating, screeching halt for a while there, and I was reminded very quickly how much I would miss not having her by my side. I'm so used to her being there I wonder if I could even function as a solo artist again? I'm glad I have her back. :)
